Geoff Mcfetridge Lecture - FREE
McFetridge is a artist based in Los Angeles California. Born in Canada, he was schooled at the Alberta College of Art and the Graduate Design Program at the California Institute of the Arts.
In the field of Graphic Design, McFetridge won public acclaim when he was still a student, winning awards from the Art Directors Club and ID magazine for his student work. From 1996 to 1998, he went on to art direct the seminal underground m...agazine Grand Royal for the Beastie Boys. At that time he founded the design studio Champion Graphics with which he has serviced for numerous international clients and won countless awards for design and animation.
Well known in the world of graphic design he began to show his work in galleries. His first large scale show was in Japan at Parco Gallery Tokyo. He was part of the Beautiful Losers Exhibition which toured the world, and has made solo exhibitions in Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Paris, London, Seattle, Milan and the Netherlands.
