Sandbox Studio humbly began six years ago and has since evolved into a studio of seven people. Still adhering to the initial belief that effective, functional design comes from an acute understanding of needs and challenges, Sandbox also relies on research and its own form of creative play to continually produce its design with the highest levels of craftsmanship and creativity.

Each of the events that comprise the Small Talks series is held in the studio or work space of the speaker. Attendees to these intimately scaled events will learn about business practices, view work, and experience first-hand the work environments of designers from multiple disciplines.
