I'm sure like quite a few people in this world, I have often thought of running a Marathon or a Triathalon. It has always been a "one day" type of thing, but recently I have begun thinking more and more about it. I already have goals set in place to weightlift 3 times a week—whats a little extra cardio thrown on top? Well, a lot of extra cardio I suppose. At least this will help to give my Chocolate Lab a little more exercise in the beginning, beyond his normal hour at the dog park everyday.
